What you should know about Nairobi Arusha Kilimanjaro shuttle buses

THE TRIP - Shuttles leave from both Arusha and Nairobi at 0800 hours and 1400 hours each day. The time spent at Namanga border can depend on the number of people on the bus and how strict customs and immigration officials are on the day. The whole trip Nairobi -Arusha - Moshi can take about five to six hours.

THE BUS - There are several companies, Riverside Shuttle Bus, Bobby Shuttle and Impala Shuttle are probably the most convenient they all leave from the Parkside hotel in Nairobi and in Arusha at Mezaluna Hotel; usually 25 seater Coaster buses. They will drop passengers off at main hotels in the city centers but it is always best to make these arrangements with the driver before you set off.
